In accordance with the Regulation on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (ODR Regulation), I hereby provide information about the online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform). Consumers have the option of submitting complaints to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr?tid=221136161. The necessary contact details can be found above in the legal notice. However, I would like to point out that I am not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
